Edward Hopper House Museum & Study Center recognizes Edward Hopper’s significant contribution to American art by preserving his birthplace, nurturing community engagement with the arts, and serving as a resource for scholars and artists.
Theme: For 2024, the juried show has a theme, ‘Deep Within,’ using as a prompt Edward Hopper’s own words: “Originality does not reside in method, but is deeper seated in the personality and inner life of the artist.”
Juror: This year's juror is MAGGIE DIMOCK, Associate Curator at The Olana Partnership, Hudson, NY, and former Curator of Exhibitions and Collections at Greenwich Historical Society in Cos Cob, CT.
